Fun question - 1

ok people time for a bit of fun

since i mainly train water types i put this little question to everyone;

What Pokemon could you use to defeat any water type easily?

and i will reply with what water type to use to defeat it and reason why id use it, and to make it a bit mor difficult for me i wont mention any of the legenderies or Gyarados, or Dragonite. oh or nidoqueen/king as they can use various water moves

whoever wins this can choose the next pokemon related 'fun question' and put it in a new thread for everyone to brain storm and try to come up with an answer
